Finishing his last year of school, Kolenich has added wedding, storytelling, portrait, advertising, sports, event and landscape photography to his repertoire. Interested in telling stories objectively, finding the truth and helping local communities, Kolenich hopes to make a positive impact wherever he goes. Shooting automobiles has always been a huge focus of inspiration for this photographer. Nikolas Johann Kolenich, 24, of Medina, Ohio, is a photographer with a deep love for meeting people. He graduated from Kent State University in May 2011 with a degree in photojournalism and is currently pursuing a future in storytelling.Kolenich has been photographing the world around him since he was 13-years-old. His only brother gave him a point-and-shoot which inspired him to photograph the important things in his life. As a teenager, he saved up for his first digital point-and-shoot, then upgraded to a dSLR for college.He spent the summer of 2011 interning with the Cleveland Indians as a team photographer. He now works for The Progressive Auto Group in Massillon, Ohio, as the web/studio photographer.
